So you may be the most creative person in the world. But that doesn’t always mean you can craft the most detailed aluminium design, using the most up-to-date technology.

It may be that you are more of a pencil-and-paper type of person, which at Love Aluminium, we are very much on board with.

If you can sketch it, our highly skilled team can bring your aluminium design to life in a way that exceeds your expectations.

But just in case you think we are limited to working from dog-eared designs on the back of last month’s council tax bill…

We also work with your electronic files as well. We are a very modern company after all.

I HAVE A DESIGN TO DISCUSS

Working with CAD Technology

For those not schooled in the art of CAD (computer-aided design), we thought we would give you a crash course to show how this incredible method is going to bring your ideas to life. For those of you who still enjoy the world of Minecraft, or dare I say, Lego… This will all start to make a lot of sense.

Imagine yourself in a virtual playground, filled with aluminium blocks of all shapes and sizes. The wonder of CAD is that you can now take those blocks and bend, twist, mould and manipulate them into almost any shape your heart (or the system) desires.

Used by the world’s most prestigious architects, CAD is a process that allows our skilled designers to take the simplicity of a single sketch, and evolve it into a 3D wonder that represents the finished aluminium sculpture you’ve only ever seen in your head. Until now.

Aluminium Design – The Timeframe

After 35 years of working with countless companies in a whole host of industries, we know only too well the importance of working at pace. Especially in the early stages when approving and editing aluminium design.

Our team are on hand to ensure that from the point we take your sketch and agree to deliver a project, the final designs are in your hands very quickly. We don’t believe in extended wait times and fully appreciate that like us, you are on a deadline to deliver the finished aluminium profiles as well.

For your reference, we accept the following files.

.dwg, .dxf. Iges, .step, Stl, All Solidworks files.

And last but very much not least… That pencil sketch. Just for complete inclusivity.

I’M SOLD. HOW DO I START?
